Shop Foreman

Description of the role:

The Shop Foreman at Mills Auto Group in Pineville, NC is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanics and technicians
• Monitor workflow and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain equipment and facilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) preferred
