We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop Helper to join our team in Conroe, TX. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to contribute, and wants to grow in a stable fabrication shop environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist skilled tradespeople and fabricators with daily shop tasks
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
- Move, load, and unload materials and equipment
- Support fabrication and assembly processes as directed
- Follow all safety protocols and supervisor instructions
What You'll Need
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Basic hand and power tool knowledge is a plus
- Fabrication shop experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints is a plus
- Prior shop, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred but not required
