We're looking for a shopper marketing and omnichannel powerhouse to lead how our brands win at the point of purchase — in-store, on Amazon, and across every digital shelf. This is a rare seat where shopper strategy, e-commerce content, and brand leadership sit with one owner, backed by real budget, real agency partners, and real autonomy to move fast.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Shopper marketing programs end-to-end — briefs, agency management, KPI tracking, and customer planning.
• Omnichannel/e-commerce strategy across retailer.com, Amazon, and the digital shelf — driving conversion where it counts.
• A best-in-class, e-commerce-first brand asset toolkit: PDP copy, imagery, A+ content, and claims.
• Retail media network (RMN) strategy and digital shelf optimization in partnership with Sales.
• The Integrated Agency Team — aligning creative, media, social, SEO/AI, and shopper partners around one strategy.
• Brand analytics, competitive intelligence, and annual planning alongside Finance, Insights, and Innovation.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3-5 years of CPG digital & omnichannel/e-commerce experience (agency or client side).
• Hands-on shopper marketing chops and fluency in the retail media landscape.
• Sharp digital marketing instincts — SEO, social, retail media, e-commerce content optimization.
• Financial acumen (P&L, forecasting, ROI) and the project management skills to run multiple priorities at once.
• An ownership mindset built for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
