As a Shorex Associate, you
will support the Shore Excursión Manager in delivering exceptional guest service and efficient sales operations related to all tours and experiences offered on and off the ship. This role involves assisting
guests with booking excursions, providing detailed information, handling issues or complaints, promoting onboard activities and premium experiences, and
consistently working toward revenue targets while maintaining professional standards.
The ideal
candidate is enthusiastic, organized, guest-focused, sales-driven, and a strong teamplayer.
- Promote
and sell all available shore excursions to maximizerevenue.
- Provide
accurate and detailed information to guests regarding tourofferings.
- Proactively
upsell and upgrade tours during guestinteractions.
- Ensure consistently high levels of guest satisfaction through
exceptional service and support.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints and refund requestsprofessionally.
Requisitos
- High
school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or tourism (preferred).
- Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with
guests andcrew.
- Previous
experience in cruise ship operations, hospitality, or travel sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills.
- Strong customer serviceorientation.
- Sales and upselling experiencepreferred.
- Computer literacy and
familiarity with booking and excursión systems.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolutionskills.
- Speak additional languages
such as Spanish, French or Germánpreferred.
