- Pleasant to work with
- Fast on the line
- Can read handwritten tickets (no computers)
- Breakfast experience or culinary degree
- Can learn our workflows and recipes
- Can juggle 2 to 3 tasks at once
- Once trained, identifies and manages their own work with little direction
