Job Description

POSITION: Short Term Substitute Licensed Practical Nurse Coverage needed for Leave of Absence

QUALIFICATIONS: Appropriate Certification/Licensure

REPORTS TO: Principal & District Health Care Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a temporary LPN to provide coverage for a Staff Leave of Absence in an elementary school Health Office (grades 2-5). This is a full time position expected to run from 12/1/26-2/23/27. Predictable school hours, weekends and Holidays off. Onboarding includes a comprehensive orientation for both our health office protocols and Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Help us to keep students safe, healthy and ready to learn in a vibrant community environment. Requires a current MA nursing license and BLS Certification.

SALARY: $33.00-$37.00 per hour depending on experience

STARTING DATE: December 1, 2026
