Join The Seattle Real Estate Team as a Showing Assistant supporting licensed agents and clients throughout the Bellevue area. This is a local, on-site role based at Keller Williams / The Seattle Real Estate Team, 22614 Bothell Everett Hwy, Bothell, WA 98021; it is not remote. Compensation is commission-only, with expected earnings roughly $75,000–$125,000 depending on production. Agent split is typically 50/50–70/30 of GCI after company dollar / desk costs as applicable. The team provides training, mentorship, desk support, and lead/opportunity support.

Responsibilities

• Help licensed agents with property showings in the Bellevue area and nearby communities. • Coordinate showing schedules, confirmations, access, and timely client communication. • Represent the team professionally during tours and follow established showing and safety procedures. • Communicate feedback and updates to the assigned agent and support a smooth client experience. • Maintain accurate notes and follow-up in team systems. This is one full-time vacancy supporting the team’s Bellevue-area showing needs.

Qualifications

• Active Washington real estate license, or ability to obtain a WA real estate license. • Interest in a full-time showing assistant / real estate agent role. • Reliable transportation for local Bellevue-area showings and ability to work from the Bothell office when scheduled. • Professional communication, organization, and client-service skills. • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with licensed agents. Compensation is commission-only; expected earnings are roughly $75,000–$125,000 depending on production, with a typical 50/50–70/30 GCI split after company dollar / desk costs as applicable.
