We are looking for a Showing Assistant to support our Buyer Agents throughout Garland and the surrounding communities. You’ll have access to a proven platform equipped with advanced technology, strategic tools, essential resources, expert coaching, comprehensive training, and continued support to help you succeed.

For motivated professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service, this role offers significant potential for long-term growth. Additional opportunities may include revenue sharing, health insurance, extensive training, vesting plans, and exclusive real estate investment options.

An active Texas Real Estate License is required. This commission-based position is available exclusively to licensed real estate agents.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the leading sales agent to assist clients in finding their ideal homes.
• Conduct home showings for buyers throughout the DFW region and nearby areas.
• Facilitate access for inspections and various meetings as required.
• Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients adjust their home search criteria.
• Draft and negotiate offers representing the sales agent and clients.
• Engage in team events and activities.
• Dedicate time to weekly training sessions and Partner Calls.
• Monitor and record tasks and activities using our PLACE Technology platform.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with spending significant time driving
• Skilled at assessing clients' needs and preferences to find suitable homes
• Eager to learn and grow
• Driven and has a track record of success
• High school diploma required
• Must hold a real estate license
• Proficient in contract writing and attentive to details
• Outstanding customer service abilities
• Must possess a keycard
• Punctuality is essential
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
