Based out of our downtown Holland office at 43 E 8th St, our team provides the training, systems, resources, and support needed to help agents build a successful and sustainable real estate career. Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process, from the initial consultation through closing.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their goals, communicating consistently, and providing a high level of service.
• Stay informed on local market conditions, property values, inventory, and trends throughout West Michigan.
• Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, listing appointments, and client consultations.
• Prepare and negotiate offers, purchase agreements, and other transaction documents with attention to detail.
• Work closely with lenders, inspectors, title companies, and other professionals to keep transactions moving smoothly.
• Maintain a strong understanding of real estate contracts, industry standards, and local and state regulations.
• Prospect for new business, follow up with leads, and build a strong pipeline of future clients.
