Responsibilities

• Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch training program.
• Coordinate with sales agents to arrange and facilitate property tours for clients.
• Deliver thorough written observations to help clarify and prioritize each client’s home-buying preferences.
• Assist sales agents and clients with preparing and negotiating purchase offers.
• Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to prospecting and lead-generation efforts.
• Join weekly script-practice sessions and follow established team procedures.
• Attend all required team meetings, company functions, coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activities and assigned tasks in PLACE Technology systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must possess an active and valid real estate license
