Licensed Realtor for Home Showings — Flexible, Hourly Position

The Valerie King Team is expanding and seeking reliable, client-oriented Showing Partners to assist our growing network of buyer clients. This flexible, part-time contract role is well suited to a licensed real estate professional who values hourly compensation, collaboration with an established Connecticut real estate team, and the ability to balance work with other professional or personal responsibilities.

We expect to bring on at least two team members who are available for property showings during weekdays, evenings, and weekends. As the team continues to grow, this opportunity may lead to a full-time position for a strong-performing candidate.

Responsibilities

• Must hold an active and current Connecticut Real Estate License
• Work with clients in a professional, warm, and trustworthy manner that reflects the VKT standard
• Conduct buyer showings on behalf of the team throughout Connecticut, primarily serving Fairfield, New Haven, Middlesex, and Hartford Counties
• Coordinate and confirm showing appointments in a timely and organized manner
• Be available during days, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Provide detailed written feedback after each showing to help the lead agent refine the client's search
• Communicate any scheduling conflicts or client concerns to the lead agent promptly

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Real Estate License (required)
• Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
• People-oriented with strong communication skills
• Organized, punctual, and dependable
• Positive attitude and willingness to represent another agent's clients professionally
• Bi-lingual / Spanish-speaking is a plus!
