Become a Showing Partner with Our Team - Must Already Be a Licensed Realtor
Looking for flexible, part-time work in real estate? The Valerie King Team is hiring Showing Partners to support our growing buyer pipeline. This is a per-hour contract opportunity — a great way to work alongside a top-producing CT team without an immediate full team commitment.
We're looking for at least 2 dependable, client-focused partners available days, evenings, and weekends. For the right fit, this role has the potential to grow into a full-time position on the team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct buyer showings on behalf of the team owner, Valerie King, all over Connecticut. We primarily service clients in Fairfield County, New Haven County, Middlesex County, and sometimes Hartford County
- Provide written feedback on each showing to support the lead agent
- Communicate professionally with clients and represent the team with care and integrity
- Coordinate scheduling and confirm appointments in a timely manner
- Dedicate availability during days, evenings, and/or weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Active Connecticut Real Estate License (required)
- Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
- People-oriented with strong communication skills
- Organized, punctual, and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to represent another agent's clients professionally
- Bi-lingual / Spanish-speaking is a plus!
