Become a Licensed Realtor Showing Partner with Our Team
Seeking part-time real estate opportunities with flexible hours? The Valerie King Team is growing and looking for Showing Partners to help manage a rising volume of buyer inquiries. This hourly contract position provides a fantastic chance to work alongside a top Connecticut team without committing to full-time right away.
We plan to hire at least two dependable, client-focused partners to cover daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. For the right individual, this role has the potential to develop into a full-time position within our expanding team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct buyer showings on behalf of the team owner, Valerie King, all over Connecticut. We primarily service clients in Fairfield County, New Haven County, Middlesex County, and sometimes Hartford County
- Provide written feedback on each showing to support the lead agent
- Communicate professionally with clients and represent the team with care and integrity
- Coordinate scheduling and confirm appointments in a timely manner
- Dedicate availability during days, evenings, and/or weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Active Connecticut Real Estate License (required)
- Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
- People-oriented with strong communication skills
- Organized, punctual, and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to represent another agent's clients professionally
- Bi-lingual / Spanish-speaking is a plus!
