At ROC, we're rooted in grit, service, and results - and we're looking for a licensed, motivated agent to join our Scottsdale team as a Showing Assistant. This role is built for someone who wants hands-on experience, sharper sales and negotiation skills, and a real foundation for a long-term real estate career. You won't just open doors. You'll build trust, guide buyers through one of the biggest decisions of their lives, and help them get to a successful offer. Our standard is simple: we're not satisfied until our clients are.

What You'll Do

• Partner with sales agents to guide clients through showings, from scheduling to offer
• Uncover client needs, provide market insight, and give written feedback after every showing
• Prepare and negotiate offers alongside the sales agent
• Keep client records and follow-up sharp in Brivity CRM - data over guesswork
• Complete 10+ hours of lead generation weekly and join weekly script practice/coaching

What We're Looking For

• Active Arizona real estate license
• Someone whose character speaks for itself — honest, humble, no drama
• A builder of trust who takes ownership and initiative for their work, effort, and results
• Coachable and never satisfied — always seeking feedback, always looking to get better
• Reliable transportation for frequent showings
• Comfortable with CRM tools and organized follow-through
