Ideal for motivated individuals looking to develop real-world real estate expertise, this role offers valuable experience in client interaction, property tours, and the fast-moving environment of one of Albuquerque’s premier real estate teams. You’ll work alongside successful producers who are actively completing transactions while learning the habits and skills that support long-term success in the industry.

Requirement: An active New Mexico real estate license is required.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly meeting cadence

Qualifications

You MUST have an active real estate license to be considered for this role.
