Responsibilities

• Driving and Touring: You will spend a lot of time in your car driving between properties. You need to know the local neighborhoods or be a master at GPS.
• Hosting Private Tours: You will meet buyers at properties, open lockboxes, guide them through the house, and highlight the pros and cons of each property.
• Evenings and Weekends: This is not a 9 to 5 job. Buyers look at houses when they are off work. If a hot new listing hits the market on Saturday morning, you need to be ready to show it.
• Gathering Real Feedback: You will take detailed notes on what clients love and hate about each house, then relay that crucial data back to the lead agent so we can narrow down the search.
• Writing Offers: When a buyer falls in love with a house, you will help write up the offer alongside the lead agent to get it submitted fast.
• Lead Generation: You will spend at least 10 hours a week actively hunting for new business and growing your own pipeline by calling leads and conducting open houses.
• Constant Learning: You will participate in team script practice, technology training, and weekly 1-to-1 coaching sessions to sharpen your sales skills.

Must-Haves

• An active Real Estate License.
• A reliable vehicle, a clean driving record, and a smartphone.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Absolute flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
