Many real estate agents spend their first two years trying to gain traction—learning at their own expense, serving personal clients, and making expensive mistakes before they have the experience to avoid them.

The Showing Partner role offers a better path. You’ll be compensated for conducting real showings, build practical experience, receive valuable feedback, and grow your own client base along the way. Rather than receiving a script and being left to figure things out alone, you’ll work with buyers from day one and receive ongoing coaching throughout the process.

This is more than a position designed to help you maintain your license. It’s a proven opportunity to learn how to convert leads and close transactions—not just show properties.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
