As a Showing Specialist, you’ll partner with agents and prospective buyers to coordinate and conduct property tours, create a positive and memorable client experience, and help keep transactions moving smoothly. This hands-on, client-focused position will strengthen your industry knowledge, build your confidence, and provide a solid foundation for a rewarding real estate career.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

• Touring homes with buyers
• Assisting with client communication and follow-up
• Managing information through CRM systems and team tools
• Sharing buyer feedback with the team
• Creating a smooth, honest, and positive client experience

Qualifications

• Active or Pursuing New Hampshire Real Estate License
  You must have an active NH and MA real estate license, or be currently working toward getting licensed.
