AtWork Personnel is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Showroom Consultant to join a growing team in Leander, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building customer relationships, and helping builders and customers find the right products for their projects. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable providing product information, preparing quotes, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Training is provided on products, systems, and processes.
What You' ll Do
- Welcome and assist builders, contractors, homeowners, and customers with product selections and inquiries.
- Prepare accurate quotes for builders and customers based on their project needs.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions.
- Communicate professionally with customers in person, by phone, and through email.
- Follow up on quotes, customer requests, and pending projects to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with sales, purchasing, warehouse teams, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure accurate information and timely service.
- Maintain organized customer records, quotes, and project documentation.
- Help maintain a welcoming, professional, and organized showroom environment.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, personable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable learning new products, pricing structures, systems, and processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in customer service, showroom sales, retail, construction, administration, or sales support is a plus but not required.
