Perdue Builders is a well-established, local exterior remodeling company specializing in siding, window, and door installation for over 30 years. We're known for integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a lifetime workmanship warranty. We're looking for hard-working, quality-focused people to join our growing team.

We're hiring Siding & Window Installers and Lead Installers.

What You'll Do

• Install siding, windows, and doors on residential projects
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and company quality standards
• Maintain a safe and clean jobsite
• Adhere to safety program and attend weekly safety meetings
• Work on ladders and planks safely
• Lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Work well with others on a crew

What You Bring

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Able to work safely on ladders and planks
• Construction experience (1+ year preferred)
• Willingness to travel to job sites (100%)

Preferred:

• Experience in siding, window, or door installation
• OSHA certification
