Sign Installation Sales Rep - Remote (Southeast)

Know the sign industry and love to sell? A well-established Tennessee sign company is looking for a remote sales rep to sell its professional sign installation services to other sign companies across the Southeast. You'll build trade partnerships with sign manufacturers, fabricators, and national sign companies that need reliable install crews.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and win business with sign manufacturers, fabricators, national sign companies, and program managers that need installation partners
• Sell installation services for exterior and interior signage, including channel letters, monument and pylon signs, building signs, wayfinding, and rebrand rollouts
• Build and manage long-term trade relationships and repeat install work
• Work with operations and install crews on scope, pricing, scheduling, and permitting
• Attend industry events and trade shows to grow the network
• Manage the pipeline and CRM activity to meet or beat sales targets

What You Bring

• B2B sales experience in the sign industry, ideally selling installation or subcontract services
• An existing network of sign companies and industry contacts is a big plus
• Working knowledge of sign installation, equipment (cranes and bucket trucks), permitting, and surveys
• A self-starter able to work remotely and travel across the Southeast
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills

Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 per year plus commission
