Sign Installer – Build What People See Every Day

What You’ll Be Doing
- Install channel letters, pole signs, and monument signs
- Perform LED retrofits and lighting installations
- Assist with sign surveys and site evaluations
- Operate bucket trucks and crane equipment safely
- Support sign restoration and maintenance projects
- Work on electronic displays, including basic setup and service
- Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Class A or B CDL with Air Brake Endorsement preferred
- Experience with bucket trucks and/or crane operation
- 2–5+ years of sign installation, electrical, or related field experience
- Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
- Welding experience is a plus
- Ability to use a smartphone for job documentation (photos & daily logs)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
- Reliable and safety-focused (must pass regular drug screenings)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
