Position Overview
Axis Physiotherapy Institute is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
The ideal candidate is a personable clinician with strong communication skills who enjoys building relationships with patients and providing high-quality, evidence-based care.
This role offers the opportunity to treat a diverse orthopedic caseload while working alongside a supportive team in a therapist-owned private practice. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive guidance and mentorship.
Caseload & Clinical Opportunities
The Physical Therapist hired will treat patients of all ages with a general orthopedic caseload, including:
Orthopedic injuries
Post-operative rehabilitation
Functional movement limitations
General musculoskeletal conditions
Clinicians are encouraged and supported in developing specialties, pursuing certifications, and expanding their clinical skills.
Full-time PTs can expect approximately 60 patient visits per week.

Salary range: $78,000–$98,000 annually

Schedule
Clinic hours: Monday–Friday
No weekends
No major holidays
Must be available until 6:00 PM two days per week
Full-time clinicians can work approximately 40 hours/week. Part-time candidates with 20+ hours and availability on at least three weekdays will also be considered.
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
Eligible for Florida Physical Therapist licensure
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
New graduates welcome — mentorship provided
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
