Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine is growing and hiring a Physical Therapist in Spring, Texas. This position includes a sign-on bonus. Full-time is preferred, and new graduate PTs will receive dedicated support and mentorship.
About the Role
You will treat patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting with a general orthopedic caseload. Full-time PTs can expect to treat 12 to 14 patients per day. The clinic actively encourages and supports clinicians who want to develop a specialty or pursue additional certifications.
Schedule
The clinic is open Monday through Saturday with no major holidays. Shifts typically fall between 8:00am and 7:00pm, with options such as 8 to 5, 9 to 6, or 10 to 7. Candidates should be comfortable working until 7:00pm at least twice per week. Full-time team members cover one Saturday shift per month, with a full weekday off in return to maintain schedule balance.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for a full-time position is $80,000 to $110,000 per year, with increases based on experience and qualifications. Performance-based incentives are also available, reaching as high as $9,000 annually in 2026. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, with the company covering 85% of the employee-only medical premium and providing a $25,000 basic life policy. Additional benefits include a 401(k) with an automatic 3% company contribution after 90 days, an annual $1,000 CEU allowance plus one paid CEU day, 7 to 10 paid holidays, and a tiered PTO plan starting at 12 days.
Qualifications
Candidates must be eligible for Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred. New graduate PTs are welcome and will be fully supported and mentored. Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is preferred. Candidates with a minimum of 20 hours and two weekdays of availability will also be considered. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
