Signage Analyst (Brand Compliance & Audit)

23.00hr on W2

Onsite in Irving, TX OR Enon, OH

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Signage Analyst to support brand consistency across fuel sites and retail locations. This role is responsible for reviewing and auditing signage and brand books to ensure alignment with established company guidelines and standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative or project coordination experience who thrives in a quality assurance and compliance-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit signage packages related to gas stations and building exteriors
• Evaluate submitted brand books for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards
• Approve or flag signage materials based on adherence to brand guidelines
• Ensure consistency across all external signage implementations
• Track and manage incoming signage submissions, maintaining organized records
• Communicate feedback and required revisions clearly to internal teams and stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of audit processes and documentation standards

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines
• Experience in administrative, project coordination, or quality assurance roles
• Ability to review documents for accuracy and compliance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a review/audit-focused role

Preferred (not required):

• Experience with signage, branding, or retail compliance standards
• Exposure to reviewing design assets or brand guidelines
