Screen Printing Operator

Wayne County, NY | Manufacturing | Full-Time

We are seeking a Screen Printing Operator who is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and can produce high-quality printed components while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

This is a great opportunity for someone with screen-printing experience who enjoys hands-on work and can work efficiently in a production environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Install framed silk screens onto printing equipment and guide screens when necessary.

• Set up and operate screen-printing presses.

• Prepare screens, inks, and materials for production.

• Properly align designs and ensure accurate color registration.

• Print designs on a variety of surfaces, including metal, epoxy, and masking materials.

• Use various hand tools to ensure finished products meet client specifications.

• Inspect printed products for quality, defects, alignment, and accuracy.

• Clean and maintain screens, printing equipment, and work areas.

• Follow production schedules and meet established deadlines.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Float between masking and production departments during downtime or as production needs require.

What We're Looking For

• Previous screen-printing experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.

• Ability to read and understand blueprint drawings.

• Basic mechanical skills and the ability to safely operate production equipment.

• Good time-management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.

• Willingness to learn and assist in other manufacturing departments.

• Ability to lift 25–35 lbs.

• Strong commitment to quality and workplace safety.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
