Job Summary:
Simulated Participant Manager coordinates, manages, and oversee simulated participants (SPs), Gynecological Teaching Associates (GTAs), and the daily operations of the Clinical Skills Center including collaborating with faculty and staff.
Education & Experience
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in simulation-based education, healthcare education, or clinical skills training.
Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required:
Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) is required post-hire within two (2) years.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong organizational, leadership, and time management abilities. Skilled in employee recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, LearningSpace, and simulation technology. Experienced in simulation program coordination, quality assurance, data management, reporting, and documentation. Demonstrates strong project management, problem-solving, collaboration, and professionalism while supporting a positive image of the Clinical Skills Center.

Requires occasional working hours significantly beyond regular working hours, occasional travelling to offsite locations, occasional activities subject to significant volume changes of a seasonal/clinical nature, frequent work produced subject to precise measures of quantity and quality, occasional bending, occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, occasional climbing, occasional crouching/stooping, occasional driving, occasional pushing/pulling, occasional reaching, frequent sitting, frequent standing, occasional twisting, and frequent walking. (occasional-up to 20%, frequent-from 21% to 50%, constant-51% or more)
