Linfield University's School of Nursing is seeking a collaborative, innovative, and technically skilled Simulation Operations Specialist to join our Experiential Learning Center (ELC). This position plays an essential role in preparing future nurses by creating realistic, technology-enhanced simulation experiences that support hands-on learning and clinical excellence.
Working closely with the ELC Manager, Director of Simulation, faculty, and staff, the Simulation Operations Specialist combines technical expertise, educational technology, audiovisual systems, and operational coordination to ensure the successful delivery of simulation-based learning experiences. If you enjoy solving technical challenges, working behind the scenes to create engaging learning environments, and collaborating with faculty to improve student outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As the Simulation Operations Specialist, you will support the daily operations of the Experiential Learning Center while advancing the use of innovative simulation technologies throughout the nursing curriculum.
