We are seeking an operations leader to lead a team that analyzes and resolves supply constraints derived from aggregated forecasts-covering both supplier‑parts and shop‑floor capacity limitations. In this role you will coordinate and execute comprehensive Supply Plan Reviews, acting as the primary liaison between Global Supply Chain (GSC) and Production Operations Site support functions. You will drive accountability across GSC and Production Sites to ensure that all external and internal supply data are complete, accurate, and consistently maintained and that actions to close supply constraints are closed.

Your team will lead span‑optimization initiatives and performance‑analytics projects, focusing on cost and schedule reduction and the identification of critical parts that could impact program delivery. By leveraging SIOP dashboards and custom reports, you will turn raw data into actionable insights that keep supply and capacity plans current and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a cross‑functional team that diagnoses supplier‑part and production‑capacity constraints based on consolidated forecasts.
• Orchestrating regular Supply Plan Review meetings, ensuring clear communication and swift decision‑making between GSC, Production Sites and other stakeholders.
• Enforcing data integrity and completeness for both external supplier information and internal capacity metrics.
• Driving span‑optimization activities that balance workload, reduce excess inventory, and improve overall cost‑schedule performance.
• Managing performance‑analytics efforts to spotlight high‑impact parts, bottlenecks, and opportunity areas.
• Utilizing SIOP dashboards, advanced analytics, and reporting tools to provide senior leadership with real‑time visibility into supply health and capacity readiness.
• Maintaining up‑to‑date supply and capacity plans, guaranteeing that they reflect the latest forecast revisions and operational realities.

Basic Qualifications

• Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• Experience

• 8-12 years of progressive experience in manufacturing planning, procurement, industrial engineering, or shop floor management.

• Technical Proficiency

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

• Familiarity with advanced planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, JDA).

• Strong analytical skills, KPI dashboard creation, and data‑governance knowledge.

• Strong facilitation skills and experience leading cross-functional meetings

Pay Information

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $161300.00 - $299500.00

• Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $145100.00 - $269500.00

• Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $129000.00 - $239600.00

• Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $116100.00 - $215700.00

• Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Lufkin, TX; etc.
