Sit Down Forklift Operator- 1st Shift

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking experienced forklift drivers for our client in Winston-Salem. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of recent forklift experience and the ability to work overtime as required. Double fork experience is a plus.

Shifts:

Dayshift: 7am-7pm on a rotating 2/2/3 scheduled

OR

Overnight: 7pm-7am on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule

OR

Weekend Shift: 7am-7pm Thursday-Sunday then Friday-Sunday the next week

Job Duties:

• Operate a sit-down forklift to safely load and unload trailers.
• Safely move palletized product throughout facility.
• Ability to stock product at multiple pallet heights.
• Maintain accurate raw material and finished goods inventory.
• Accurately pack orders for shipment using RF scanners.
• Oversee daily shipping operations, including product inspection, packaging, and outbound shipments.
• Conduct regular reviews of raw and finished goods inventory through reports and scheduled cycle counts.

Job Requirements:

• Recent experience operating sit-down forklifts.
• Proven track record of reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and remain standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet production standards.
