**Forklift Operator - Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire** **Kent, WA** **$22.00/hour** **Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Full-Time)** **Temp-to-Hire Opportunity** **Job Overview** **We are hiring dependable and safety-focused** **Forklift Operators** **for a** **full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity** **in** **Kent, WA** **. This role is ideal for experienced warehouse professionals who thrive in a fast-paced distribution environment and take pride in accuracy, teamwork, and efficiency.** **You will be responsible for safely operating forklift equipment and supporting daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and order fulfillment.** **Key Responsibilities** **Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts safely and efficiently** **Load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse** **Perform shipping and receiving duties with accuracy** **Complete daily forklift inspections and follow all safety procedures** **Use RF scanners and/or warehouse systems to track inventory (if applicable)** **Assist with cycle counts and inventory control** **Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas** **Follow GMP, safety, and company warehouse standards** **Support additional warehouse tasks as needed** **Qualifications** **Minimum 1 year of forklift experience required** **Experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics preferred** **Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse systems is a plus** **Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly** **Strong attention to detail and safety compliance** **Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills** **Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment** **What We Offer** **Competitive hourly pay: $22.00/hour** **Temp-to-hire opportunity for strong performers** **Steady weekday schedule (no weekends)** **Opportunity for growth and advancement** **Supportive warehouse team environment** **\#CB #P1 #P2** As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
