Responsibilities:
Managefinancial success of projects through the development of project scopes,schedules, and budgets
Ensureprojects completed on a timely basis
Managescomplex contract negotiations
Leadthe execution of project plans
Assemble/manage project teams
Coordinate availability of internal resources
Assign individual responsibilities ensuringtechnical skills, capabilities, and expertise align with project objectives
Ensuredeliverables fall within established scope, schedule, and budget through monitoringprogress and measuring project performance
Managechange requests, execute risk management techniques, and implement strategiesto minimize negative financial impact to the project
Coordinatedetailed reviews of technical work
Build/maintainclient relationships
Documentall project deliverables and maintain comprehensive records includingcorrespondence, design plans, and other project related files
Mentor/trainjunior staff
Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering orlandscape architecture
6+ years of experience in site design anddevelopment
Professional Engineer (PE) or LandscapeArchitect
Project management experience including scope,schedule, and budget control
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Salary iscommensurate with experience.
