Clean Team is looking for a dedicated & reliable PM Site Manager in Mansfield/Lexington!
Position Summary
As the Site Manager, you will lead daily operations to ensure our client's facility meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. You will directly manage a team of cleaner, serve as the primary client contact, and ensure operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role critical to delivering exceptional service and maintaining client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Train, coach, and provide ongoing support to a team of cleaners to ensure high performance and morale.
Manage and verify the completion of daily and nightly cleaning schedules and assigned tasks.
Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Manage inventory levels and order all necessary cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
Monitor labor hours and operational costs to ensure all tasks are completed within the site's budget.
Enforce compliance with company uniform and PPE policies.
Serve as the primary on-site contact for the client, professionally addressing requests and resolving issues.
Prepare and submit daily operational recap reports to the Operations Manager.
Oversee end-of-shift security procedures, ensuring the building is properly armed and secured.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License
Proof of auto insurance
Reliable transportation
Minimum of 1 year of management experience
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational skills
Experience coaching, mentoring, and training others
Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage others
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management skills; ability to multitask effectively
Proficient with technology such as cell phones and computers
