POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Site Manager, your roles and responsibilities will include:
" Lead overall plant operations with responsibility for safety, quality, productivity, cost, waste reduction, and process reliability.
" Ensure compliance with company safety programs and all applicable OSHA regulations.
" Partner with the Complex General Manager to execute operational strategies and achieve production and customer service goals.
" Direct customer service, production, quality, shipping, scheduling, and maintenance functions.
" Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering employee engagement.
" Manage plant assets and support continuous improvement initiatives.
" Drive operational excellence to become a low-cost producer and preferred supplier.
QUALIFICATIONS
Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Site Manager who enjoys leading manufacturing operations and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Site Manager would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
" Production management within a manufacturing environment.
" Paper, packaging, corrugated, or converting industry experience.
" Manufacturing processes and corrugating/converting equipment.
" Plant operations, safety, quality, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
" Team leadership, coaching, and organizational development.
" Strategic planning and operational execution.
" Budget management and business performance improvement.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation: Based on Experience. One of the best in the industry
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Minimum Experience: 6+ years of production management experience in manufacturing.
