Location: Lincolnton, NC (Onsite)
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 Annually
Job Summary
The Site Operations Manager is responsible for leading daily operations across two onsite customer facilities in Lincolnton, NC. This position is accountable for operational performance, customer satisfaction, workforce management, quality compliance, and financial results. The Site Operations Manager partners with customers and site personnel to ensure efficient service delivery, maintain operational excellence, develop employees, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across two onsite customer facilities to ensure quality, productivity, staffing, and customer service expectations are achieved.
- Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to support customer requirements and operational demands.
- Monitor operational performance, labor utilization, and service levels to support efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for customers, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and service excellence.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and consistent execution.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop site team members to support operational goals and employee growth.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, quality standards, and safety expectations.
- Investigate operational issues, customer concerns, and nonconformances and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, staffing records, and site documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and customer outcomes.
- Support site financial performance through effective labor management, resource utilization, and cost control practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned consistent with the nature and level of the position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience managing hourly and salaried employees.
- Experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, staffing, logistics, or other operational environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships and operational performance.
- Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and operational performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced customer-driven environment.
- Experience leading teams, driving accountability, and implementing process improvements preferred.
