Site Operations Supervisor

Plainfield, CT | $75,000 - $95,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day plant operations and staff activities
Manage operational budgets and monitor key performance metrics
Coordinate the flow of materials, orders, and logistics throughout the facility
Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and workflow
Monitor and enforce safety procedures and compliance standards
Partner with leadership to enhance operational performance and achieve business objectives
Supervise, coach, and develop employees across the site
Serve as a key point of contact for operations, staffing, and process execution

Qualifications

Experience in operations, manufacturing, recycling, waste management, warehousing, or materials handling environments
Previous supervisory or management experience within an industrial or plant setting
Strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and workflow coordination
Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational performance
Safety-focused mindset with a commitment to maintaining a compliant workplace
Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
