Job Description

Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) — Kubernetes & Cloud for their Plano, TX location.

Responsibilities:

Design resilient architectures and implement proactive monitoring to drive system reliability and scalability. Continuously monitor service health, respond to incidents swiftly, and maintain high availability and performance. Automate operational workflows to reduce manual intervention and ensure consistency across environments. Diagnose and resolve production issues to guarantee seamless service delivery and infrastructure stability. Collaborate with development and operations teams to embed reliability practices into the software development lifecycle.
SREs ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of IT systems. They monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and automate processes. Key skills include system administration, programming, and problem-solving.

Requirements:

Seeking an experienced **Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)** to drive application and infrastructure reliability across cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **end-to-end testing, performance testing, load testing, failover validation, failure recovery, and operational resilience**, with a deep understanding of both infrastructure and application architectures.
Top Skills:
**Kubernetes / AKS** administration and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with **Azure/AWS/GCP**, networking, and cloud infrastructure
Proficiency in **Linux administration** and system performance tuning.
