Project Scope

The Site Safety Auditor will support ongoing residential and light commercial construction projects across multiple active jobsites in the Concord, NH area. All current jobsites are within approximately one hour of each other, with up to eight sites active at a time.
The position is designed to reinforce and support an already strong safety culture rather than serve as an enforcement-heavy role. The auditor will work closely with superintendents and subcontractors to ensure compliance with established safety standards, particularly during high-risk activities such as fall protection, ladder use, excavations, scaffolding, and steel or truss erection.
In addition to field inspections, approximately 25% of the role involves administrative responsibilities, including reporting, preparation for upcoming projects, safety equipment management, and documentation using Predictive Solutions software provided on a company-issued device.
