Site/Space Planner
Location: Clifton, NJ
Pay Rate: $43-$45 per hour
Summary
Join a dynamic facilities team supporting workplace planning and employee relocations across multiple buildings. This opportunity is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional with space planning and AutoCAD experience who enjoys coordinating projects and improving the workplace experience.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage employee move-related work orders, coordinate schedules, and track relocation activities to ensure timely completion.
* Maintain occupancy records, space management databases, seating assignments, and workplace planning documentation.
* Coordinate movers, furniture installers, and internal partners across Facilities, IT, Security, and HR to execute employee relocations.
* Communicate move updates, resolve scheduling conflicts, maintain reporting metrics, and identify opportunities to improve processes and data accuracy.
Required Skills & Experience - Requirements
* Experience in space planning and employee move management.
* Experience with AutoCAD and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Preferred Skills & Experience - Preferences
* Experience with work order management or space management systems.
* Proficiency in Excel PivotTables and experience maintaining occupancy reports or space planning documentation.
