Site Supervisor (Construction)Now Hiring: Site SupervisorWe're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects, manage crews and subcontractors, maintain safety compliance, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within specifications. Key Responsibilities
Supervise construction crews and subcontractors on active job sites
Enforce OSHA and site safety standards
Conduct regular site inspections and address safety concerns
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors
Maintain daily logs, attendance records, and project documentation
Order materials and coordinate equipment maintenance
Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
Requirements
5+ years of Site Supervisor or construction leadership experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong knowledge of construction tools, building codes, and safety regulations
Strong computer skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to pass government security background checks
Willingness to travel- up to 75%
Preferred Qualifications
Construction-related degree or training program
CPR/First Aid Certification
Procore experience
OSHA 30 Certification
