    Description

    Minimum Requirements And Qualification

    Education & Experience

    • Transitioning service member with aviation maintenance background and at least 6 months remaining on their military contract/terminal leave (Air Force, Navy, Marines, Army, Coast Guard, DHS)
    • Ability to read/interpret technical manuals and schematics in the English language
    • Proficiency with hand tools, test equipment, and Microsoft Office
    • Meets physical requirements for climbing, lifting, kneeling, and working at heights

    Major Responsibility Areas And Duties

    • Perform supervised inspection, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of aircraft systems and components.
    • Apply proper documentation and routing of discrepancies per FAA and company procedures.
    • Support tooling setup, troubleshooting, and escalation processes to maintain safety and reliability.
    • Maintain accurate OJT records and training logs for FAA certification review.

    Additional Duties

    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
    • Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives as assigned.
    • Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a strong willingness to learn.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned in support of maintenance operations.
    • Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
