We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Skilled Construction Laborer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in wood framing, drywall installation and finishing, and basic masonry work, with the flexibility to assist in multiple phases of residential construction.

Responsibilities:
Perform residential wood framing, including walls, ceilings, blocking, and structural components.
Hang, tape, mud, sand, repair, and finish drywall.
Perform masonry work as needed, including concrete block installation, mortar mixing, and minor concrete work.
Read and follow construction drawings and supervisor instructions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Operate common hand tools and power tools safely.
Assist with other construction tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of construction experience.
Strong experience in framing and drywall.
Masonry experience is required when needed on projects.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with residential renovations and new construction.
Knowledge of construction safety practices.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience operating construction equipment is a plus.
