What You'll Do Support daily operations on active construction sites Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials Assist with material installation and construction activities Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery safely Work alongside equipment operators, carpenters, concrete crews, and other skilled tradespeople Prepare job sites by removing hazards and maintaining a safe work environment Follow project plans, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions What We're Looking For Minimum age of 18 and ability to pass a background check Prior experience as a construction laborer or skilled trades worker Experience in carpentry, concrete work, pile driving, or related construction trades preferred Ability to safely use hand and power tools Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor work Ability to work in varying weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Commitment to following the company and contractor installation procedures Join a company where your hard work is valued, your safety comes first, and your career can grow alongside industry-leading professionals.
