Overview:
Rust is seeking a talented Skilled Laborer (Concrete) to be based in Guthrie, Kentucky. This position will initially support field work related to the City of Guthrie Interim Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion project. You will handle essential physical tasks to prepare sites, place concrete, and maintain an organized work area.

Our services include construction, construction management, construction consulting; testing, checkout, start-up; and plant services including total plant maintenance, shutdowns, turnarounds, production support and technical support. Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Under direct supervision, performs routine duties that may include cleaning and preparation of construction site.
- Prepare sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and compacting soil.
- Set up forms under the direction of carpenters and finishers.
- Place concrete, gravel, and sand using site equipment.
- Spread concrete evenly using rakes, shovels, and screeds.
- Operate tools including jackhammers, vibrators, grinders, and tampers.
- Assist during pours by directing pump hoses and truck chutes.
- Clean up sites by dismantling forms, washing tools, and removing waste.
- Follow site safety rules and PPE compliance.
- May require the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a related craft position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or demonstrated equivalent (GED).
Additional Information:

The rate of pay for this position is $24.00 per hour.
