We are currently looking for a new teammate, someone who has integrity, dedication, and experience in the restoration industry for our open Lead Carpenter position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review the production sheets with project manager.
• 5+ years experience in the industry - drywall, framing, cabinets, flooring, etc.
• Completes job to specifications of customer's request.
• Excels in customer service and enjoys working with the public.
• Regularly communicate with team, Project Manager, and customer.
• Practices on-the-job safety, which includes wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), when appropriate and encourages safety among fellow team members.
• Responsible for equipment and materials to complete the assignment properly and on schedule.
• Responds to demands of 24/7 emergency service companies.
• Willing to take on a leadership role.

Must Haves:

• Five (5) years of carpentry or construction experience.
• Displays knowledge of up-to-date construction standards and techniques.
• Willingness to share knowledge and train others.
• Critical thinking/ problem solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid PA driver's license
• Clean driving record defined as: no DUI-related violations within the past five-years and no more than three moving violations within the past three-years.
• Willing to work overtime as required and be part of the on-call team responding to after-hour emergencies on a rotating basis (evenings and weekends). Regular schedule: M-F 8:00a-4:30p.
