Open Positions:

• Machine Operators & Quality Inspectors - Supporting automated manufacturing operations, including molding, grinding, inspection, and cleanroom operations.

• Production Associates - Supporting manufacturing, inspection, packaging, and other production activities to ensure products meet quality and customer requirements.

Shifts Available:

• Fixed Rotating 12-hour Shifts Day/Night

• 10-Hour Shifts 1st/2nd

What We're Looking For:

• Commitment to quality and safety, and teamwork

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus; training provided

• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing full gown Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gowns, gloves, hair covers, and other required protective garments, for extended periods as required

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Consistent with Cadence's career architecture, this position may be staffed at varying experience levels. The level offered, along with the associated compensation range, will be determined based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

12-Hour Fixed Rotating Day Shift, plus a 10% shift differential

12-Hour Fixed Rotating Night Shift, plus a 15% shift differential

10-Hour 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM, plus a 7% shift differential.
