In this role at Bella Sera, youll provide personal care and support to enhance the comfort and dignity of each individual. From assisting with daily activities to maintaining a clean and safe environment, your role is essential to ensuring our residents feel respected, cared for, and supported. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance Record vital signs and report changes in patient condition Maintain cleanliness of patient areas and equipment Communicate effectively with nursing staff and residents families Promote a warm, respectful, and safe care environment Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
