About the Role:Sky Zone Brea is looking for energetic and enthusiastic Team Members to join our crew! As a part-time Team Member, you'll be at the heart of the action — helping guests have the ultimate trampoline park experience in a fun, fast-paced environment. If you love people, staying active, and bringing good vibes, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities:- Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Monitor trampoline courts and attraction areas to enforce safety rules and guidelines
- Operate front desk, point-of-sale systems, and handle guest check-ins and waivers
- Assist with birthday parties, group events, and special programming as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including courts, restrooms, and common areas
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Respond calmly and effectively to guest concerns, incidents, or emergencies
Requirements:- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods of time
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Team-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (training may be provided)
