We are hiring for 2 openings. One opening is for someone local to Sacramento that can commute onsite 3 days/week. The second opening is eligible for remote.

What You'll Bring

Role: Senior Project Manager (Local to Sacramento)

• 6+ years of experience in program/project management overseeing several projects from start to finish
• Experience standing up playbooks from scratch
• Must be able to work independently and navigate ambiguity
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Utilities experience preferred
• Ability to commute onsite 3 days per week to Sacramento office

Role: Junior Project Manager (eligible for remote)

• 3+ years of experience in program/project management overseeing several projects from start to finish
• Experience standing up playbooks from scratch
• Must be able to work independently and navigate ambiguity
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Utilities experience preferred

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted hourly pay range for Junior PM is $60/hr to $70/hr. The targeted hourly pay range for Sr. PM is $70/hr to $90/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
