The Role
We are seeking a Release Captain / Delivery Visibility Lead to bring clarity, discipline, and predictability to a large, complex digital engineering portfolio. This role exists to make delivery visible-providing real-time insight into delivery health across dozens of concurrent initiatives so engineering leaders can act early, not react late.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how software is built and delivered. You'll work directly in delivery systems to track plan vs. actual, surface risks before they escalate, and improve reliability across the delivery pipeline. While downstream release execution exists, this role focuses first on upstream delivery readiness and flow.
What You'll Do
What We're Looking For
Why This Role Matters
Downstream releases depend on upstream signal quality. Your work will directly improve predictability, decision-making, and execution across a critical digital portfolio.
Compensation and Benefits
Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. As a result, Slalom is proud to invest in benefits that include meaningful time off and paid holidays, 401(k) with a match, a range of choices for highly subsidized health, dental, & vision coverage, adoption and fertility assistance, and short/long-term disability. We also offer yearly $350 reimbursement account for any well-being-related expenses.
Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $65/hr to $90/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
