Job Details

You'd be responsible for:

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining slitting equipment to produce flexible packaging to customer specifications
• Cross-training on pouching and lamination equipment to build your skills
• Troubleshooting machine and setup issues, and identifying and documenting quality problems
• Meeting set-up time and run-speed expectations while keeping safety, quality, and productivity high
• Basic clean-up and maintenance tasks

What they're looking for:

• 2+ years of flexible packaging or production machinery experience (slitting, pouching, or lamination) preferred
• Manufacturing background, ideally in a regulated industry or with an ERP system
• Good attendance, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
• Flexibility for overtime, and the ability to lift 50 lbs
• Light math and ruler skills; high school diploma or GED
