Responsibilities:
- Knows and abides by Hard Rocks policies, procedures, internal controls and courtesy guidelines.
- Performs all duties in accordance with state gaming regulations.
- Repairs slots equipment and other gaming related equipment.
- Performs general maintenance as assigned or in accordance with existing procedures.
- Performs for the installation, movement, denomination, and game change of slot machines as directed by management.
- Safeguards the company's assets assigned.
- Ensures that all necessary precautions are taken to maintain company safety standards while repairing slots equipment and other gaming related equipment.
- Performs predetermined tests and checks on specific machines to establish causes for identified problems as reported by management or slot floor personnel.
- Adheres to department and property policies and procedures.
- Maintains knowledge of property information & memorabilia.

- Represents Hard Rock Biloxi in the most positive manner with guests, co-workers, managers, and vendors.
